This promotes seamless waste movement along its incline, while the innovative flue gas directional system facilitates uniform heating, maintaining a waste residence duration of 0.5-1 hour for comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter eradication.
Moreover, the state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC, ensuring maximum organic matter destruction. This furnace meets strict criteria with temperatures ≥1100ºC, and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

1) Start with the blower to meticulously purge any residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Before the potent burner initiates ignition, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan, executing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This careful process ensures maximum safety and efficiency. Expertly designed pipelines transport diesel fuel for precise ignition by the burners, with radiant heat elevating temperatures within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady, controlled increase for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the revolutionary rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system that exemplifies precision engineering. This sophisticated mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, using advanced oxygen control for impeccable efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated, state-of-the-art pipelines, thus ensuring flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences superior combustion dynamics. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, significantly intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless and odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas retains a precise residence time of 4 seconds. This ensures the thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at this elevated temperature. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, offering heightened environmental safety and sustainability.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. In this stage, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, resulting in significantly purified flue gas prepared for its subsequent treatment stages. This purification step is crucial for maintaining optimal environmental compliance.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet field and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a mere second. 8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device.
