Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid transport pipeline system, rotary kiln structure, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust extractor, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery facilities, lye pump, blower and air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control system, automatic ash disposal unit, installation and maintenance platforms, and supportive structures. 4) The journey of flue gas from the rotary kiln continues as it enters the secondary chamber. Here, the by-products of incineration, including ash and slag, are efficiently and automatically managed by an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This smart system ensures a clean and unobstructed operation, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the entire process.
5) Within the dynamic environment of the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an additional combustion phase, supported by organic waste liquid. This process elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, ensuring the incineration process is highly complete, resulting in a smokeless, odorless output with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas is meticulously contained within this chamber for exactly 4.0 seconds, allowing for the thorough decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees the complete breakdown of any residual organic components and carbon particles, all occurring at approximately 1100ºC.
