Composition of the Equipment:
This comprehensive system includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other necessary supports and maintenance platforms.
Process Flow Description:
This sophisticated incinerator operates as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually loaded into the furnace while light diesel oil is transported to the burner through a pipeline. The waste is ignited by an automatic ignition system, undergoing a dramatic stirring by high-temperature gas that rapidly oxidizes it. Following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), the not completely burned gas proceeds to the secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature burning at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring complete destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas then enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, and subsequently goes into the spray tower, where acid gases are absorbed through the principle of acid and alkali neutralization reaction. The device guarantees full combustion with no black smoke or odor, and the flue gas is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the stack. Ashes can be landfilled or repurposed, showcasing a commitment to sustainability.
