The innovative flue gas directional system perpetually agitates waste for uniform heating, providing waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and total organic matter destruction.
Furthermore, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximal organic matter elimination. Furnace selection adheres to rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, independent chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner ignites, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This careful process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly channeled through meticulously crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gently raises the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly and seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through advanced oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency. Meanwhile, waste liquid is effortlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) As the flue gas, a result of the rotary kiln's intense operation, travels to the secondary chamber, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with extraordinary efficiency. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion processes. The strategic introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, further intensifying the incineration process. This leads to a smokeless, odorless finish while maintaining zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precise duration of 4 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, boasting an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, significantly enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After its exit from the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision-engineered pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200ºC within a mere second.
