Composition of the equipment:
The system includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and additional necessary supports and maintenance platforms.
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator is a high-temperature heat storage type furnace engineered for optimal waste destruction. Waste is introduced manually into the furnace, while light diesel oil is strategically transported to the burner via pipelines. An automatic ignition system sparks the waste, setting off a dynamic reaction with high-temperature gas that accelerates oxidation. Rooted in the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), any incompletely burned gas is processed further in a secondary combustion chamber, achieving temperatures around 900 ºC for thorough decomposition. Post-combustion, high-temperature flue gas enters a water-cooled cyclone dust collector, followed by a spray tower that neutralizes acid gases via acid-alkali reactions. This ensures complete combustion with no black smoke or unpleasant odors. Final gas emissions are safely channeled to the stack and released into the atmosphere, while remaining ash is directed to landfills or repurposed.
