Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. 1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the dynamic symphony of combustion begins, it is vital to initiate the induced draft fan for a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous step ensures unparalleled safety and performance. Through expertly engineered pipelines, diesel fuel is deftly delivered for ignition by the powerful burners. The radiant warmth elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, orchestrating a gradual, controlled rise for optimum performance.
3) Solid waste is deftly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains a combustion temperature precisely at 850ºC, thanks to meticulous oxygen control, ensuring maximum efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is smoothly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless integration and superior performance.
4) The journey of the flue gas, forged by the rotary kiln's intense operation, leads it to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with remarkable precision via an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid boosts the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This culminates in a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precisely calculated 4 seconds, ensuring the comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an astounding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. 6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by the force of centrifugal motion, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the next stages of treatment.
7) As the flue gas exits the cyclone, it progresses to the semi-dry quench tower.
