Its rotational design promotes ideal mixing, facilitating seamless transit to the discharge point along its tilt. With an innovative flue gas directional system, waste is constantly agitated for uniform heating, achieving a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring thorough thermal treatment and organic matter destruction.
Additionally, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-burns produced gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximal organic material degradation. Furnace selections adhere to strict standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence times ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification rigorously removes acidic elements, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, with vigilant attention to component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery system, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal system, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively remove residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly mitigating explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the dynamic and powerful burner ignites its flame, it's absolutely essential to activate the induced draft fan, initiating an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous and essential process is crucial in ensuring safety and efficiency, as the diesel fuel makes its way through expertly designed pipelines, resulting in its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elegantly elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and expertly controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln through a sophisticated, state-of-the-art feeding system. This advanced mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, achieved through precision oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is effortlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for exceptional performance.
4) The flue gas, an output of the rotary kiln's intense operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with impressive efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth, immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior and thorough combustion. The addition of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise four seconds. This strategic timing ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise decomposition of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at an approximate 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further bolstering environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the next stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and cooling rapidly to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively stops dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages play a crucial role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth and efficient exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
