Its slightly inclined and horizontally oriented design facilitates efficient mixing and waste movement towards the discharge end by leveraging the furnace's rotational dynamics.
Equipped with a secondary combustion chamber, it ensures thorough re-incineration of waste gases at a blazing 1100ºC, achieving superior organic matter removal. The design, which favors temperatures ≥1100ºC and a gas residence time ≥2 seconds, ensures optimal purification of flue gases post-cooling, focusing on eliminating acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and capturing harmful particles and dust.

Brief introduction of main process flow:
1) The process begins with activating the blower to meticulously expel any residual gases and potential explosive materials within the furnace, setting the stage for safe ignition.
2) Prior to ignition, the induced draft fan is engaged to purge the furnace for a thorough five-minute duration. Fuel diesel, transported via dedicated pipelines, is adeptly ignited by precision ignition burners, gradually elevating the temperatures within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber to optimal levels.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly fed into the state-of-the-art rotary kiln through an advanced feeding system. Here, a meticulously controlled combustion process ensures temperatures are maintained at a precise 850ºC by expertly regulating oxygen supply. Meanwhile, waste liquid is efficiently introduced into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a specialized waste liquid pipeline.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln operation, gracefully transitions into the secondary chamber, where an ingenious wet scraper system autonomously discharges the resultant ash and slag, ensuring a streamlined and efficient incineration process.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes a transformative and thorough high-temperature incineration process. With the aid of organic waste liquid, the temperature intensifies to a remarkable 1100ºC, promoting a highly efficient, smokeless, and odorless incineration. The flue gas lingers for 4.0 seconds, ensuring over 99.99% decomposition of trace organic matter and dioxins. This process guarantees that any remaining organic components and carbon particles are completely decomposed at around 1100ºC. Multi-stage combustion is expertly employed in the secondary chamber to significantly inhibit nitrogen oxide formation, ensuring environmentally sound outcomes.
6) Following the advanced secondary combustion process, flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force efficiently settles ash content, markedly enhancing the flue gas's cleanliness and purity.
7) From the cyclone dust collector, the flue gas progresses into the semi-dry quench tower. Through a pressure pump, the tower's two-fluid nozzle atomizes incoming liquid into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the rising hot flue gas, forming a concentrated suspension near the nozzle. By finely tuning the injection rate, the temperature is swiftly lowered to approximately 200 ºC within a swift 1-second interval, effectively inhibiting dioxin regeneration. Concurrently, any sparks are quenched by the water mist, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag filter from heat damage.
8) The purified flue gas is then channeled into the spray washing tower and the wet packing washing tower device. This sophisticated system's primary function is to meticulously cleanse the flue gas of any residual acid gases, ensuring an environmentally friendly outcome.
9) After the comprehensive treatment process in the spray tower, the flue gas is seamlessly vented directly into the chimney via the induced draft fan, completing the optimized emission control cycle.
