Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. 1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition. This initial step sets the foundation for safe operation.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, initiate the induced draft fan for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel travels through expertly crafted pipelines, leading to precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gently elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
