This incinerator incorporates a directional flue gas design, ensuring consistent waste tumbling and thorough heating. The residence time in the rotary kiln spans 0.5-1 hours, guaranteeing comprehensive heating and complete organic matter removal.
Additionally, it is equipped with a secondary high-temperature (1100ºC) combustion chamber, enhancing organic matter removal efficiency. This design ensures the incinerated gas undergoes a secondary combustion process. Brief introduction of main process flow:
1) Start by activating the blower to purge any residual gases, including flammable and explosive types within the furnace, effectively preventing potential ignition explosions.
2) Begin by opening the induced draft fan before igniting the burner. Allow the system to purge the furnace for five minutes, setting the stage for efficient operation. The diesel fuel is gracefully transported through dedicated pipelines and ignited by precision ignition burners. As the burners release heat, the temperature of the rotary kiln and secondary chamber gradually elevates, ensuring a controlled and steady warm-up process.
3) Solid waste is meticulously fed into the rotary kiln via an advanced feeding system, where the combustion temperature is expertly maintained at a robust 850ºC. This is achieved by precisely regulating the oxygen supply. Simultaneously, waste liquids are introduced into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, ensuring comprehensive treatment of waste.
4) The flue gas generated by the rotary kiln flows seamlessly into the secondary chamber. Here, the ash and slag resulting from incineration are efficiently discharged through an automated wet scraper, ensuring smooth and clean operation.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes advanced high-temperature treatment, with organic waste liquids assisting the process. The combustion temperature soars to an impressive 1100ºC, achieving a smokeless, odorless, and no secondary pollution operation. With a residence time of 4.0 seconds, the trace organic matter and dioxins in the flue gas are meticulously decomposed, boasting a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This ensures the thorough breakdown of undecomposed organic components and carbon particles at around 1100ºC. The multi-stage combustion strategy effectively suppresses nitrogen oxides formation, optimizing environmental safety.
6) The flue gas exiting the secondary combustion chamber is directed into a water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Within this innovative system, the ash content is elegantly settled by centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the flue gas cleanliness and ensuring a pristine output.
7) The cleaned flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a precision pressure pump, the flue gas enters the top of the reaction tower through a two-fluid nozzle, where it is atomized into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the hot upward-moving flue gas, forming a high-density area. By adjusting the injection volume, the temperature is swiftly reduced to approximately 200 ºC within a single second, effectively inhibiting dioxin regeneration. Additionally, any residual sparks are extinguished by a refreshing water mist, safeguarding the subsequent filtration cloth bag from potential damage.
8) The flue gas then enters an intricate spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. This process is crucial for removing any lingering acid gas from the flue gas, ensuring an environmentally friendly output.
9) Following its thorough treatment in the spray tower, the flue gas is channeled directly to the chimney via the induced draft fan, ensuring a seamless and efficient final discharge.
