Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline. With an automatic ignition system, the furnace temperature gradually rises. After 30 minutes, when the furnace reaches the set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbulence), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are reburned and oxidized at high temperatures in a secondary multi-hull combustion chamber with a triple gravity dust collector structure. Flue gases pass into a waste heat boiler, cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, facilitating comprehensive utilization by recycling precious metal oxides. They then proceed to an air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use, followed by further cooling. Cooled flue gases enter a dust collector for fine dust removal and precious metal oxide recycling, then undergo further dust removal and cleaning via a spray system. Finally, the standard gas is expelled through the chimney using an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides from ash are checked and sent to a landfill. Reserved liquid interfaces allow for the burning of waste liquid, which can be sprayed into the furnace.
