Process flow description:
The process begins with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gently raises the furnace temperature, and after approximately 30 minutes, once the desired temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and conveyed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow) for oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processes. Tail gas is subjected to secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation in the multi-hull secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a tri-gravity dust collector for efficient dust collection. The flue gas is processed through a waste heat boiler to convert it into steam for factory use, recycling part of the precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Subsequent to air heat exchanger processing, cooled flue gas is routed through a dust collector for tiny dust removal and precious metal oxide recycling. Further dust removal and washing are achieved through a spray system, and the standard gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an exhaust fan. Burned ashes are checked for precious metal oxides and sent to a landfill, while liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquids capable of combustion, which can be injected into the furnace.

Crusher, frequency conversion feeding motor, high-pressure conveying fan, rotary kiln, driving and supporting device, secondary chamber, waste heat boiler, air heat exchanger, multi-pipe dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, diesel pipeline system, diesel ignition and combustion machine system, combustion chamber temperature automatic control system, electric control system, additional connecting pipelines, liquid atomizer, and a comprehensive operating platform.
