1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.

6) Upon its departure from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, substantially purifying the flue gas and priming it for the next phases of treatment.
7) Exiting the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump deftly guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the liquid into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot upward-moving flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling to 200ºC within mere seconds.
