Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) In a marvel of engineering, solid waste gracefully enters the rotary kiln through an advanced feeding system, keeping the combustion temperature meticulously at 850ºC with precision-controlled oxygen levels. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly ushered into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, guaranteeing impeccable processing and seamless integration throughout the system.
4) The journey of the flue gas, originating from the rotary kiln, continues to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration residues like ash and slag are systematically removed thanks to a cutting-edge wet scraper mechanism. This sophisticated system ensures operations remain uninterrupted and pristinely efficient.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences intensified combustion, with the temperature soaring to an impressive 1100ºC, aided by organic waste liquid. This process achieves an immaculate, smoke-free, and scentless conclusion, devoid of any secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a meticulously calculated 4.0 seconds, ensuring almost total decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with decomposition efficiency exceeding an astounding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of remaining organic elements and carbon particles occurs at the elevated temperature of approximately 1100ºC. The chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, effectively curbing the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) After leaving the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the next stages of treatment.
7) As the flue gas exits the cyclone, it advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly guides the reaction tower towards the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet zone, quickly cooling the flue gas to 200 ºC within an instant. This rapid cooling prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages are instrumental in removing acid gases, ensuring the flue gas meets exacting environmental standards before it is released.
9) Having journeyed through the spray tower, the flue gas is then released into the atmosphere through the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth and efficient exit, thereby minimizing any potential environmental impact.
