Composition of the equipment:
Comprising a furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, alongside necessary supports and maintenance platform, ensuring comprehensive functionality.
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator functions as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is introduced manually, while light diesel oil is transported to the burner via pipeline. An automatic ignition system ignites waste, prompting a vigorous stirring by high-temperature gas which accelerates oxidation reactions. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases proceed to the secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature burning, reaching around 900 ºC for destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas then enters a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to eliminate dust, followed by the spray tower where acid gas is absorbed through lye injection, neutralizing the acids. This process ensures complete combustion, resulting in no black smoke or odor. Finally, flue gas is conveyed to the stack and released into the atmosphere. Remaining ash is suitable for landfill or reuse.
