2. Medical waste: Safely incinerate medical materials including syringes, gloves, bags, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and other infectious waste.
3. General garbage: Efficiently handle general waste like cardboard, paper chips, wood chips, and leaves.
4. Special waste: Tackle special waste types, including waste oil, waste solvent, sludge, dust pool, paint on iron, mold filter residue, and more.

Composition of the equipment:
Comprising the furnace body, a secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, and electric control cabinet. Includes all necessary supports and maintenance platforms.
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator features a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually loaded into the furnace, while light diesel oil is conveyed through pipelines to the burner. The waste is then ignited by an automatic ignition system. High-temperature gas vigorously stirs the waste, facilitating rapid oxidation. The incinerator operates based on the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow). Gases that are not completely burned are transferred to the secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature burning at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas is directed to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust. Then, it enters the spray tower, where an acid and alkali neutralization reaction absorbs acid gases using injected lye. The device achieves complete combustion, resulting in no black smoke or odor. Finally, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the stack, and the ashes are either disposed of in a landfill or reused.
