Its rotational dynamics are engineered for optimal mixing, ensuring seamless progression towards the discharge end. The innovative flue gas directional system continually stirs waste for consistent heating, with residence times of 0.5-1 hour, securing comprehensive thermal processing and complete organic matter destruction.
Moreover, the advanced secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates gases, reaching temperatures up to 1100ºC for maximum organic matter eradication. The furnace is designed to meet stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. After cooling, the flue gas purification process meticulously extracts acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring superior component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start with the blower to effectively evacuate any residual and flammable gases within the furnace, minimizing explosion risk for a safe ignition process.
2) Before the ignition of the premium burner, it's critical to engage the induced draft fan, facilitating a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This detailed process ensures safety and efficacy, as diesel fuel travels through meticulously designed pipelines to achieve precise ignition by the burners. The resulting radiant heat elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual, controlled ascent for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains an exact combustion temperature of 850ºC through precise oxygen regulation, ensuring peak operational efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines. This flawless integration facilitates superior performance and achieves unmatched processing capabilities.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's robust operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are expelled with outstanding efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations are both smooth and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes optimal combustion. The addition of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for precisely 4 seconds. This guarantees the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of leftover organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas progresses to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and cooling rapidly to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are instrumental in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures a smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
