Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) In an exquisite blend of engineering and precision, solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This avant-garde mechanism ensures the combustion temperature remains a steadfast 850ºC, achieved through the mastery of precision oxygen control, thereby securing unparalleled efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, ensuring impeccable processing and integration for unmatched performance.
4) As the flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's dynamic operation, traverses to the secondary chamber, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with elite efficiency through a revolutionary wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an exceptionally refined combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, augmenting the incineration process. This results in a flawless smokeless and odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains in this chamber for a calculated 4 seconds. This ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles is meticulously executed at about 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, significantly enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for the subsequent treatment stages.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas is directed to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump deftly guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot rising flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet zone and swiftly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
