Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, and the automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, when the temperature reaches the set level, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Tail gas is re-burned and undergoes high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull structure with three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler to be cooled and recycled into steam for factory use, reclaiming precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The gas then enters the air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use and cooling further. The cooled gas goes into the dust collector for tiny dust removal and precious metal oxide recycling, followed by spray system dust removal and washing. Finally, the purified gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney through the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides are retrieved from the ashes and transferred to a landfill. Reserve liquid interfaces allow burnable waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
