Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually increases furnace temperature. After about 30 minutes, once the ideal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and transported by a high-pressure fan into the combustion chamber. Utilizing the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Tail gases are re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a multi-hull secondary chamber equipped with a gravity-based dust collection system. Flue gases are funneled into a waste heat boiler, converted to steam for factory use, and partially recycled for precious metal oxide recovery. They then pass through an air heat exchanger for fresh air heating, further cooling, and dust collection. A spray system provides additional cleaning. Finally, the purified gas is safely emitted via a chimney, while precious metal oxides in the ash are checked and disposed of in landfills. Interfaces for liquid combustion within the furnace are reserved.
