Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is efficiently delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system ensures a gradual temperature rise in the furnace over 30 minutes, allowing waste conveyance to commence at optimal temperatures. Waste is crushed and fed into the combustion chamber, where it undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion, guided by the principles of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow). The secondary combustion chamber, a multi-hull type, features three gravity dust collector structures to capture dust. Flue gas is then processed through a waste heat boiler, recycled into steam for factory use, and further cooled in an air heat exchanger. The cooled flue gas is refined through dust collectors, then sprayed for additional cleaning. Finally, standard gas is safely released into the atmosphere, and valuable metal oxides are reclaimed from ashes for landfill transfer. Liquid-compatible wastes can be incinerated by spraying into the furnace.
