flow description: Light diesel oil is precisely delivered to the burner via oil pipelines. With the aid of an automatic ignition system, the furnace temperature gradually rises. Within half an hour, once the target temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste, reduced to particles by the crusher device, enters the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (Temperature, Time, Turbulence), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, exhaust gases undergo re-burning and high-temperature oxidation in a secondary combustion chamber. This chamber features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors, effectively capturing most dust particles. The flue gas then enters a waste heat boiler for cooling and is recycled as steam for factory use, along with the recovery of precious metal oxides, maximizing resource utilization. Subsequently, air heat exchangers heat fresh air for factory applications, further cooling the flue gas. The cooled gas is directed to a dust collector to eliminate fine dust and recover more metal oxides. A spray system provides additional dust removal and cleansing. Finally, the purified gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, driven by an exhaust fan. Recovered precious metal oxides in the ash undergo landfill transfer, with provisions for liquid interfaces allowing combustible waste liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
