The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln through an advanced feeding system designed for superior precision. This sophisticated mechanism keeps the combustion temperature expertly regulated at 850ºC by precise oxygen control, ensuring exceptional efficiency throughout the process. Waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into the rotary kiln or directed to the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless integration and performance.
4) The flue gas, generated by the vigorous operation of the rotary kiln, is efficiently transferred to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are adeptly removed through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and immaculate.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an elevated combustion process. By introducing organic waste liquid, the temperature soars to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration for a smoke-free and odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an impressive efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Residual organic components and carbon particles are meticulously broken down at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy to effectively minimize nitrogen oxide formation, enhancing overall environmental safety.
6) After leaving the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal forces expertly neutralize ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for further treatment stages.
7) Following its exit from the cyclone collector, the flue gas is directed to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump directs the reaction tower upward to the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the gas into fine droplets. These droplets intersect with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense droplet area and rapidly cooling the gas to 200ºC in just one second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, thus protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then progresses to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages are crucial in thoroughly eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is efficiently released into the atmosphere via the chimney. An induced draft fan ensures the smooth exit of the gas, thereby minimizing any environmental impact.
