flow description: The light diesel oil is meticulously delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system elevates the furnace's temperature gradually. After a half-hour, once the furnace reaches its predetermined temperature, waste is introduced. The high-pressure fan drives the crushed particles into the combustion chamber, following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow) for oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processing. The tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperature in a secondary, multi-hull combustion chamber equipped with gravity dust collectors. The resulting flue gas processes through a waste heat boiler, recycling into steam and precious metal oxides. The system further cools and collects tiny dust particles, concluding with a final spray for dust removal. The standard-compliant gas is then expelled through a chimney, with burnt ash checked for precious metals before landfill transfer. Liquid interfaces are reserved for flammable waste liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
