2. Medical Waste: Efficiently handles hazardous medical refuse including syringes, gloves, bags, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and other infectious waste materials.
3. General Garbage: Effectively processes everyday waste materials such as cardboard, paper chips, wood chips, leaves, and similar items.
4. Special Waste: Specialized handling of complex waste such as waste oils, solvents, sludge, dust pools, paint on iron, and mold filter residue.

Composition of the Equipment:
Includes: A horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential supports and maintenance platforms.
Process Flow Description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator is designed as a high-temperature, heat-storage furnace. Waste is manually fed into the furnace while light diesel oil is efficiently delivered through pipelines to the burner. Featuring an automatic ignition system, the waste is ignited and then rapidly stirred by high-temperature gas, facilitating swift oxidation. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burnt gases are directed to the secondary combustion chamber, reaching temperatures as high as 900ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gases enter a water-cooled cyclone dust collector for particulate removal before proceeding to a spray tower where acid gases are neutralized with lye. This process ensures complete and smokeless combustion with no odor. The treated flue gas is finally released into the atmosphere via the stack, while ash residues can be landfilled or repurposed.
