1) Start with the blower to efficiently purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner igniting, it's vital to activate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous procedure ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through precision pipelines, culminating in its exact ignition by the burners. The radiant heat then gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled and steady rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the advanced rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This innovative mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, harnessing precision oxygen control to ensure optimal efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly routed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a superior transformation. 6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. 7) After transitioning from the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a high-efficiency pressure pump, the reaction tower is directed to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, where it transforms into fine droplets. These droplets converge with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a single second. 8) The flue gas is then directed into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device.
