Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the advanced rotary kiln through a highly sophisticated feeding system. This state-of-the-art mechanism expertly maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC, utilizing precision oxygen control to ensure peak efficiency and performance. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, promoting flawless processing with outstanding integration for superior results.
4) The flue gas, a result of the rotary kiln's intense operations, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, the by-products of incineration, such as ash and slag, are ejected with remarkable efficacy through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing smooth, immaculate operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas lingers here for a precise span of 4 seconds. This ensures comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging seamlessly from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized using centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After departing the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A high-pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet region and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within seconds.
