2. Medical waste: encompassing syringes, gloves, bags, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and other infectious waste materials;
3. General garbage: such as cardboard, paper chips, wood chips, leaves, and similar refuse;
4. Special waste: including waste oil, waste solvent, sludge, dust pool, paint on iron, mold filter residue, and more.

Composition of the equipment:
Includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, plus essential supports and maintenance platforms;
Process flow description:
This cutting-edge incinerator functions as a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually fed into the furnace, with light diesel oil delivered to the burner via pipeline. The waste ignites through an automatic system, and is vigorously stirred by high-temperature gas leading to rapid oxidation. Based on the principles of the 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burnt gas enters a secondary chamber for further combustion at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring complete decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas is directed through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove particulates, then into a spray tower where acid gas is neutralized via lye injection. The result is thorough combustion with no black smoke or odor. Finally, the flue gas is expelled through the stack, and the remnants are disposed of in landfills or repurposed.
