Process Flow Description:
The process begins with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system ensures a gradual temperature increase within the furnace. Once the furnace reaches the desired temperature, waste is conveyed through a sophisticated system involving crushers and high-pressure fans, directing it into the combustion chamber. Using the principles of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. The tail gas is then subjected to secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation in a carefully designed, multi-hull secondary chamber, equipped with gravity dust collectors. Following this, flue gas enters a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, contributing to the comprehensive utilization of resources, including precious metal oxides. The process continues with an air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use and further cooling. The cooled flue gas passes through a dust collector for fine dust and metal oxide recycling, followed by a spray system for additional dust removal and washing. Finally, standard-compliant gas is released into the atmosphere through an exhaust fan and chimney. Remaining ashes, containing valuable metal oxides, are analyzed and appropriately disposed of. Liquid interfaces are available for waste liquids suitable for furnace spraying.
