Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner through a sophisticated oil pipeline. The system ignites automatically, gently raising the furnace temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, the temperature reaches its designated level, prompting the activation of the waste conveying system. Waste is then crushed into particles and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and complete combustion within the furnace. The tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design and includes three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust particles. Flue gas is channeled into a waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and converted to steam for factory use, with some precious metal oxides being recovered, facilitating comprehensive utilization. Following this, the airflow enters an air heat exchanger to warm fresh air for factory use and further cool down. Subsequently, the flue gas enters a dust collector to remove fine dust and recover precious metal oxides. A spray system then performs additional dust removal and washing. Ultimately, the purified gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney via an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides present in burned ashes are evaluated and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing burnable waste liquids to be introduced into the furnace for combustion.
