Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, with an automatic ignition system gradually raising the furnace temperature. After half an hour, once the target temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated, allowing crushed waste particles to enter the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fan. By adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processes. Post-combustion, the tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a secondary combustion chamber. This chamber utilizes a multi-hull type with three gravity dust collectors capturing most dust. The flue gas is then redirected to a waste heat boiler, recycled into steam for factory activities, and precious metal oxides are recovered for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger uses flue gas to heat fresh air for the factory while further cooling it. Cooled flue gas passes through a dust collector to remove fine dust, recycling precious metal oxides, before a spray system conducts further cleaning and washing. Ultimately, the standard gas is expelled through the chimney by an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the burnt ashes are checked and transported to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquids that can be combusted and sprayed into the furnace.
