1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the mighty burner igniting its powerful flame, it is of utmost importance to activate the induced draft fan. This essential step involves an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace, meticulously designed to ensure unparalleled safety and maximize efficiency. As the diesel fuel is deftly transported through expertly engineered pipelines, it is primed for precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a steady, controlled, and optimum rise, paving the way for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced with expertise into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism deftly maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through expertly controlled oxygen levels, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, thereby facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior overall performance.
4) The intense operation of the rotary kiln generates flue gas, which is then directed to the secondary chamber. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subject to intensely superior combustion. 6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. 7) Post-cyclone, the flue gas is routed to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision-driven pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200ºC within a mere second.
