Process flow description:
Using a sophisticated light diesel oil delivery system, the burner initiates an automatic ignition process, gently increasing furnace temperature. After a mere thirty minutes, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste, crushed into particles, is propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow) for optimal oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gases undergo a secondary burn and high-temperature oxidation in a meticulously designed multi-hull-type combustion chamber, equipped with three gravity dust collectors for efficient dust aggregation. The flue gases then enter a waste heat boiler, transitioning into steam to facilitate factory use and recover valuable metal oxides, promoting comprehensive resource utilization. Further cooling occurs via the air heat exchanger, where the cooled flue gases traverse a dust collector, eliminating fine dust and valuable metal oxides. A subsequent spray system enhances dust removal and cleansing, culminating in standard gas exhaust through a chimney. Precious metal oxides are extracted from the residual ash and prepared for landfill disposal, with provisions for liquid interfaces. If combustible, waste liquids can be injected into the furnace, maximizing incineration efficiency.
