Process flow description:
The system begins by channeling light diesel oil to the burner through a dedicated pipeline, where the automatic ignition system slowly elevates the furnace temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, once the optimal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and conveyed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. The resultant tail gas undergoes secondary high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull type secondary combustion chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors. Flue gases are redirected to a waste heat boiler for steam generation, part of precious metal oxides recycling, and air heating in the heat exchanger. Post-cooling, the gases traverse a filtration system for dust and oxide recovery, culminating in a cleansing spray procedure. Compliant gases are then expelled through a chimney. Precious metal oxides are salvaged from ash residues and transferred to landfills, with additional liquid waste interfaces available for combustion integration.
