Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, with automatic ignition gradually raising the furnace temperature. After 30 minutes, once the set temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are crushed and conveyed to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. The tail gas is subjected to re-burning and high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull secondary chamber with a gravity dust collector that captures most dust. Flue gas passes into a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, incorporating precious metal oxide recovery for optimal utilization. The air heat exchanger then heats fresh air for factory operations, further cooling the flue gas which enters a dust collector for additional dust and oxide recovery. A spray system ensures comprehensive dust removal and washing, before standard gas is safely released through the chimney by an exhaust fan. Burned ash is analyzed for precious metal oxides and transferred to a landfill, with liquid interfaces reserved for combustible waste liquids.
