Composition of the equipment:
The equipment encompasses a robust horizontal furnace body, a precisely engineered secondary combustion chamber, efficient cyclone dust collector, spray tower, powerful exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, an oil tank with oil transportation control pipeline, comprehensive air supply system, state-of-the-art electric control cabinet, along with essential supports and a maintenance platform, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance.
Process flow description:
This cutting-edge incinerator operates as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is introduced manually into the furnace, with light diesel oil conveyed to the burner via a sophisticated pipeline. The automatic ignition system ignites the waste, prompting a vigorous stirring action by high-temperature gas, leading to a rapid oxidation reaction. Operating on the principles of the 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burnt gas is transferred to the secondary combustion chamber for additional high-temperature combustion, reaching temperatures of approximately 900 ºC, facilitating destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gases then progress to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, efficiently eliminating dust. The flue gases are treated in the spray tower, where acid gases are neutralized using lye injections, ensuring no black smoke or odor is released. Finally, flue gases are directed to the stack, safely discharged into the atmosphere. Ash byproducts are suitable for landfill disposal or repurposing.
