The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Harnessing cutting-edge technology, solid waste is methodically introduced into the rotary kiln via an advanced feeding system, maintaining an exacting combustion temperature of 850ºC. This precision is achieved through meticulous oxygen control, ensuring peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly fed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, enabling perfect processing and integration, resulting in exceptional performance.
4) As a result of the rotary kiln's vigorous operation, the flue gas advances to the secondary chamber. Here, by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with extraordinary efficiency using an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and pristine.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences superior combustion. Infusion of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a powerful 1100ºC, intensifying the entire incineration process. This leads to a smokeless, odorless completion with no secondary pollution. The flue gas resides here for a precise duration of 4 seconds, ensuring the complete breakdown of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an extraordinary decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The exact disintegration of leftover organic elements and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy to effectively minimize nitrogen oxide formation, further boosting environmental safety.
6) The journey continues as the flue gas leaves the secondary combustion chamber, moving towards the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for further treatment stages.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, flue gas migrates to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the rising hot flue gas, crafting a dense suspended droplet zone and rapidly cooling to 200ºC in just one second. This swift action effectively stops dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any remaining sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) Continuing its path, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower and then the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages play a vital role in stripping acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with rigorous environmental purity standards.
9) Post traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth departure, thereby greatly reducing environmental impact.
