The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with activating the blower to expel residual and flammable gases within the furnace, effectively mitigating explosion risks during ignition and ensuring a safe start-up process.
2) Before the burners ignite the incinerator, it is absolutely crucial to initiate the induced draft fan, allowing the furnace to undergo a comprehensive purge lasting five whole minutes. This essential step paves the way for the seamless transportation of diesel fuel through expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its ignition by the ignition burners. The radiant heat from the burner skillfully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a smooth and gradual warm-up, which is vital for the system's peak performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln with meticulous precision, thanks to our state-of-the-art feeding system. This ensures that the combustion temperature is expertly maintained at an ideal 850ºC through precise oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is deftly funneled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline, ensuring seamless processing and integration for maximum efficiency.
4) The flue gas, birthed within the rotary kiln, begins its journey into the secondary chamber. Here, the residuals of incineration—ash and slag—are automatically and efficiently removed through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring a clean, unobstructed, and ultra-sophisticated operation.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subjected to an additional combustion phase, energetically supported by organic waste liquid. This process elevates the temperature to a robust 1100ºC, enhancing the thoroughness of the incineration process. The outcome is a smokeless, odorless performance with zero secondary pollution. Within this chamber, the flue gas remains for a precise 4.0 seconds, allowing for the complete decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The secondary combustion chamber utilizes a highly sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy to effectively prevent the formation of nitrogen oxides, ensuring the breakdown of any remaining organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC.
6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is directed towards the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is adeptly settled using centrifugal force, a strategic process that significantly enhances the flue gas cleanliness, preparing it for any subsequent stages in pristine condition.
7) Following its exit from the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. Within this tower, a pressure pump guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the gas into fine droplets. As these droplets mingle with the upward-flowing hot flue gas, they create a dense field of suspended droplets, quickly reducing the temperature to about 200 ºC within a mere second. This rapid intervention effectively prevents the regeneration of dioxins and extinguishes any remaining sparks in the flue gas, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The flue gas then smoothly transitions into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages play a critical role in scrubbing away acid gases present in the flue gas, ensuring its purity and strict compliance with rigorous environmental standards.
9) Having successfully navigated the spray tower, the flue gas is seamlessly expelled into the atmosphere via the chimney, with the induced draft fan ensuring its smooth transition, minimizing environmental impact to the bare minimum.
