Our incinerator is composed of a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank and oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, along with other necessary supports and maintenance platforms to ensure seamless operation;
Process Flow Description:
The Eco-Friendly Solid Waste Incinerator is a high-temperature, heat-storage type furnace. Waste is manually introduced into the furnace, where light diesel oil is transported via pipeline to the burner, ignited by an automatic ignition system. The waste undergoes rapid oxidation through dramatic high-temperature gas stirring. Following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases are directed into a secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature burning at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas is then passed through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, followed by a spray tower where acid gases are absorbed via an acid-alkali neutralization reaction. The process ensures full combustion with no black smoke or odor. The treated flue gas is safely discharged through the stack, and the resultant ash can be sent to landfills or reused.
