Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner, gradually increasing furnace temperature via the automatic ignition system. After reaching the desired temperature in approximately 30 minutes, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles, crushed by a device, are directed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation and pyrolysis in the combustion chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is subject to high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, a multi-hull structure housing gravity dust collectors. Flue gas is recycled in the waste heat boiler as steam for factory use, while recovering valuable metal oxides. Subsequently, air heat exchangers utilize this heat for further cooling. Cooled flue gas is processed through dust collectors, with a spray system for additional cleaning, before being exhaustively vented through a chimney. Precious metal oxides are extracted from ashes and disposed of or recycled. Liquid interfaces allow for combustion-friendly waste liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
