Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during the ignition process.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly transported via skillfully crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system, maintaining the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC via precision oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and seamless integration. This sophisticated method enables optimal mixing and superior efficiency in waste management.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln, travels to the secondary chamber, where incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This advanced system guarantees unobstructed and immaculate operations, maintaining a clean and effective process flow that promises maximal performance and reduced maintenance.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes enhanced combustion, with organic waste liquid boosting the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC. This intensifies the incineration process, achieving a smokeless, odorless finish with absolute zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with a decomposition efficiency surpassing 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC, reinforcing the chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, which effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation and optimizes environmental protection.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force. This strategic enhancement significantly purifies the flue gas, preparing it for subsequent stages and ensuring it meets the highest quality standards for cleanliness and environmental safety.
7) After leaving the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These encounter the hot flue gas ascending, forming a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling to 200 ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires and ensuring operational safety.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are pivotal in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring purity and adherence to stringent environmental standards, while simultaneously enhancing the overall environmental footprint of the process.
9) The flue gas, having traversed the spray tower, is subsequently released into the atmosphere via the chimney, with an induced draft fan ensuring its smooth and efficient exit, thus minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainability through meticulous engineering.
