Process
flow description: This cutting-edge incinerator employs high-temperature heat storage technology. Waste is manually fed into the furnace, with light diesel oil transferred via pipelines to the burner, ignited automatically. A high-temperature gas stirs and rapidly oxidizes waste. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), the partially burnt gas is sent to the secondary combustion chamber, achieving temperatures up to 900 ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas enters a water-cooled cyclone dust collector, removing particulates, before proceeding to a spray tower where acid gases are neutralized through lye injection. The process ensures complete combustion, eliminating black smoke and odors. Exhaust is finally channeled to the stack and released into the atmosphere, with ash residues suitable for landfill disposal or reuse.
