description: The process begins with the meticulous delivery of light diesel oil to the burner via an efficient oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gently elevates the furnace temperature until it reaches the optimal set point. This triggers the waste conveying system, which, utilizing advanced crushing technology, delivers finely crushed waste particles to the combustion chamber. Guided by the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—waste undergoes oxidative, pyrolytic, and combative transformations within the chamber. Tail gas is subjected to additional burning and high-temperature oxidation in a sophisticated multi-hulled secondary combustion chamber equipped with a tri-gravity dust collector for optimal dust capture. The flue gas is then channeled into a waste heat boiler, where it cools and is recycled as steam for factory applications while simultaneously reclaiming valuable metal oxides. Further cooling occurs through an air heat exchanger, warming fresh factory air. The flue gas, now cooled, advances through a dust collector and spray system for additional dust removal and washing. Ultimately, the treated gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney. Precious metal oxides in the residual ash are assessed and, if necessary, dispatched to a landfill.
