This makes it the superior choice for any comprehensive waste disposal center.Constructed with a durable cylindrical metal shell lined with insulating bricks, the rotary kiln's subtle horizontal tilt and rotational dynamics ensure optimal waste mixing and movement towards the discharge end. The cutting-edge flue gas directional design ensures continuous waste agitation, uniform heating, and a 0.5-1 hour residence time, securing thorough thermal treatment and organic matter elimination.
Additionally, a secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates gases at temperatures reaching 1100ºC, ensuring maximum organic matter destruction. Adhering to rigorous standards, the furnace maintains temperatures ≥1100ºC with flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, tail gas purification extensively removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and harmful particles, guaranteeing precise equipment selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid transport pipeline, rotary kiln structure, primary and secondary burners, secondary combustion chamber, water-cooled cyclone dust extractor, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery facilities, lye pump, blower and air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control system, automatic ash disposal unit, installation and maintenance platforms, and robust support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate the blower to clear residual and flammable gases from the furnace, effectively reducing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the ignition process begins with the burner, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan and conduct a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This crucial step ensures a fresh and clean start for the combustion process. Next, diesel fuel is meticulously transported through expertly designed pipelines, culminating in its ignition by the ignition burners. The radiant heat from the burner steadily elevates the temperatures within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, allowing for a smooth and gradual temperature ramp-up that ensures optimal performance and efficiency.
3) The introduction of solid waste into the rotary kiln is achieved with precision, thanks to our state-of-the-art feeding system. Within this environment, the combustion temperature is expertly controlled at an optimal 850ºC through precision oxygen management. In parallel, waste liquid is seamlessly integrated into the process, being channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline, ensuring smooth processing and integration, and enhancing the overall efficiency of waste management.
4) The flue gas, created by the rotary kiln, flows into the secondary chamber where incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are effectively and automatically discharged. This is achieved through an innovative wet scraper mechanism that ensures a clean and unobstructed operation. Our system is designed to handle these by-products efficiently, embodying the commitment to maintaining optimal performance and cleanliness.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes further combustion with the assistance of organic waste liquid, reaching a robust temperature of 1100ºC. This elevation ensures a complete and thorough incineration process, achieving a smokeless and odorless result with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precise duration of 4.0 seconds, allowing for the decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins to a remarkable efficiency of over 99.99%. The sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy employed here effectively curbs the formation of nitrogen oxides, ensuring comprehensive breakdown of any remaining organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC.
6) As the flue gas exits the secondary combustion chamber, it enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is adeptly settled using centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the cleanliness of the flue gas. This strategic purification process ensures that the gas is in prime condition, ready for any subsequent stages, and exemplifies our commitment to delivering superior environmental stewardship.
7) Emerging from the cyclone, the flue gas then advances to the semi-dry quench tower. In this innovative stage, a pressure pump guides the reaction tower into the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the flue gas into fine droplets. These atomized droplets interact with the upward-moving hot flue gas, creating a dense area of suspended droplets that rapidly reduce the temperature to around 200 ºC within just one second. This swift and efficient intervention effectively curbs any dioxin regeneration and extinguishes residual sparks in the flue gas, protecting the subsequent cloth bag from potential fire risks and ensuring safety and efficiency.
8) The flue gas then moves into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages play a pivotal role in meticulously scrubbing away acid gases present in the flue gas, ensuring its purity and compliance with stringent environmental standards. This process underscores our unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance.
9) Following the successful navigation through the spray tower, the flue gas is expelled directly into the atmosphere via the chimney. An induced draft fan facilitates its seamless transition, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
