Process flow description:
The meticulously engineered light diesel oil is conveyed to the burner via a dedicated oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within just half an hour, upon reaching the optimal temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste is finely crushed into particles and conveyed to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. The tail gas is subjected to a secondary burn in a high-temperature oxidation chamber, designed with a multi-hulltype and equipped with triple gravity dust collectors to capture most dust particles. Flue gases enter the waste heat boiler, cooling and transforming into steam for factory use, incorporating the recycling of precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Further, the gases proceed through an air heat exchanger to warm fresh air for factory use and additional cooling. The cooled flue gas transitions to a dust collector for removal of fine dust and continued recycling of metal oxides, with a spray system enhancing dust removal and washing. Finally, the purified gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, managed by an exhaust fan. Metal oxides are retrieved from ashes and transferred to a landfill. Reserve liquid interfaces are available for waste liquids capable of combustion.
