It demonstrates resilience against a test voltage of 1500V at 50Hz power frequency. , ensuring accurate component positioning and dependable connectivity throughout.
4. Sealed oil, water, and gas conduits have successfully undergone pressure testing, confirming the absence of leaks.
5. Comprehensive Alarm System:

Design Concepts:
Harnessing the unique attributes of this project, the rotary kiln incinerator emerges as the optimal solution, adept at simultaneously processing both solid and liquid waste. Whether dealing with chemical residues, sludge, organic waste liquids, or industrial solid waste, it is the premier choice for a comprehensive waste disposal center.
Rotary kilns, encapsulated in cylindrical metal with insulating bricks, are slightly inclined horizontally. The rotating furnace body facilitates even mixing and movement towards the discharge end, driven by the furnace's angled rotation. This incinerator employs a strategic flue gas directional design. As the furnace body rotates, waste undergoes continuous rolling and stirring, ensuring consistent heating. With a residence time of 0.5 to 1 hour, waste is thoroughly heated, and organic matter is effectively eradicated.
A secondary combustion chamber intensifies the process, reheating waste gas at a blistering 1100ºC to maximize organic matter removal. The design selects furnace types based on temperature parameters (≥1100ºC) and extended flue gas residence time (≥2 seconds). Post-cooling, the exhaust undergoes purification, primarily eliminating acidic components and nitrogen oxides, while harmful substances and dust particles are meticulously filtered.

The Incinerator Device Comprises the Following Equipment:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid pipeline system, rotary kiln body, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust remover, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery system, lye pump, blower and air supply system, electrical and control systems, automatic ash removal, installation and maintenance platform and support, etc.

Overview of the Main Process Flow:
1) Initially, activate the blower to purge the furnace of any residual gases or flammable/explosive vapors, preventing potential ignition hazards.
2) Pre-ignition protocol involves activating the induced draft fan and purging the furnace for five minutes. Diesel fuel is channeled through pipelines and ignited by ignition burners, gradually elevating the temperatures of the rotary kiln and secondary chamber.
3) Solid waste is systematically introduced into the rotary kiln through a sophisticated feeding system, where the combustion process is meticulously regulated at a precise temperature of 850ºC by controlling the oxygen supply. Concurrently, waste liquid seamlessly flows into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline, ensuring efficient treatment.
4) The resultant flue gas from the rotary kiln seamlessly transitions into the secondary chamber. Meanwhile, the incineration process automatically discharges ash and slag with the help of a state-of-the-art wet scraper, ensuring optimal cleanliness and efficiency.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas from incineration undergoes further high-temperature treatment, facilitated by organic waste liquid, elevating the combustion temperature to an impressive 1100ºC. This rigorous process ensures a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution. Flue gas residually remains in the chamber for 4.0 seconds, allowing for the complete decomposition of trace organic matter and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Multi-stage combustion is strategically employed to effectively inhibit nitrogen oxides formation, guaranteeing thorough decomposition of organic components and carbon particles at about 1100ºC.
6) Post-secondary combustion, the flue gas proceeds into a water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force efficiently settles the ash content, significantly enhancing the flue gas purity and ensuring superior air quality.
7) The purified flue gas is then directed into a semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a pressure pump, the reaction tower engages a two-fluid nozzle to atomize water into fine droplets. These droplets, encountering the rising hot flue gas, create a high-density suspension, rapidly reducing the temperature to approximately 200 ºC within a second. This swift cooling effectively mitigates dioxin regeneration. Concurrently, any sparks in the flue gas are extinguished by the water mist, safeguarding the subsequent bag filters from damage.
8) The flue gas then advances into an advanced spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. These systems are meticulously designed to efficiently scrub and neutralize acid gases within the flue gas stream.
9) After undergoing rigorous treatment, the flue gas is channeled through an induced draft fan and then seamlessly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, completing its environmentally conscious journey.
