Tailored for this project, the rotary kiln incinerator is an exemplary choice, adept at incinerating both solids and liquids. Ideal for processing chemical residues, sludges, organic waste liquids, and industrial solids,

The rotary kiln incinerator, encased in a robust cylindrical metal shell with insulating bricks, operates slightly inclined. Its rotational dynamics foster uniform mixing and efficient movement towards the discharge end. Ingeniously designed flue gas paths and persistent rotation ensure optimal heating uniformity, with waste residence time in the kiln ranging from 0.5 to 1 hour, guaranteeing thorough heat exposure and organic matter removal.
Additionally, a secondary combustion chamber is incorporated, subjecting exhaust gases to high-temperature incineration (1100ºC) to maximize organic matter elimination. This process selects furnace types based on a temperature threshold of ≥1100ºC and flue gas retention time of ≥2 seconds. Post cooling, flue gases undergo meticulous purification, focusing on removing acidic components and nitrogen oxides, while adsorbing harmful substances and collecting dust particles – essential criteria for equipment selection.
The Incinerator Device Comprises the Following Equipment:
Hydraulic feed transmission, waste liquid conveyance pipelines, rotary kiln body, primary and secondary burners, water-cooled cyclone dust remover, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, dedicated chimney, alkali storage and conveyance setup, lye pump, air supply system, electrical and instrumentation control systems, automatic ash removal, and comprehensive installation and maintenance platforms.
Brief Overview of the Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate by activating the blower to expel residual and potentially explosive gases, forestalling ignition risks.
2) Prior to burner ignition, activate the induced draft fan for a thorough five-minute purge. The fuel diesel travels via dedicated pipelines, where it is ignited by burner igniters. This process incrementally elevates the temperature of both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a uniform heat distribution.
3) Solid waste is efficiently introduced into the rotary kiln through our advanced feeding system, where a precise combustion temperature of 850ºC is maintained by expertly managing the oxygen supply. Waste liquid is seamlessly directed into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber via a specialized waste liquid pipeline, ensuring optimal waste processing.
4) The flue gas generated by the rotary kiln undergoes a transformation as it enters the secondary chamber. Here, the ash and slag produced by incineration are automatically expelled using a highly effective wet scraper, ensuring minimal manual intervention.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subjected to an intensified combustion process, elevated to a remarkable 1100ºC with the aid of organic waste liquid. This ensures a thoroughly complete incineration, free of smoke and odors, eliminating secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in the chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, allowing trace organic matter and dioxins to be decomposed with an impressive efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This guarantees the complete breakdown of undecomposed organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC. Our multi-stage combustion innovation effectively curtails the formation of nitrogen oxides, setting new standards in environmental safety.
6) The flue gas then navigates into the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where centrifugal force effectively settles the ash content, significantly enhancing the purity of the flue gas.
7) Subsequently, the flue gas proceeds into the semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a pressure pump, it enters the reaction tower through a two-fluid nozzle, dispersing into fine droplets. These droplets, suspended in a high-density area near the nozzle, quickly reduce the temperature within 1 second to about 200ºC, effectively thwarting the regeneration of dioxins. Concurrently, water mist extinguishes any sparks in the flue gas, safeguarding the subsequent fabric bag from potential burning.
8) Following this, the flue gas transitions into the spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. These components play a crucial role in thoroughly washing away any acid gas present in the flue gas, ensuring a cleaner emission.
9) The flue gas, now purified, is directed from the spray tower and released directly into the chimney, passing through the induced draft fan, marking the final stage of our thorough cleansing process.
