Process flow description:
Commencing with the delivery of light diesel oil via an intricate oil pipeline to the burner, the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace's temperature. Once the ideal temperature is achieved after a mere half-hour, the waste conveying system initiates. Waste is meticulously crushed into particles by a specialized crusher, then propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Guided by the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes a sophisticated oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion process within the furnace. Post-combustion, the tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber, designed with a tri-gravity dust collection system to capture the majority of dust particles. The flue gas is channeled into a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, enhancing factory operations. Precious metal oxides are recovered, optimizing resource utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heightens the air temperature for industrial use, further cooling the flue gas before it enters the dust collector to remove residual dust and recover additional metal oxides. The spray system executes a final dust purification and cleaning, ensuring the standard-compliant gas is discharged through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Burnt ash is inspected for precious metal oxides and directed to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquid incineration, which can be directly sprayed into the furnace.
