flow description: Our efficient process begins with light diesel oil delivery to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, the set temperature is reached, activating the waste conveying system. Waste is crushed and delivered into the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fan, where it undergoes oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion based on the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow). Tail gas is further treated in a secondary combustion chamber with multi-hulltype design and gravity dust collectors. The resulting flue gas enters a waste heat boiler, recycled into steam for factory use, and precious metal oxides are recovered, maximizing resource utilization. The air heat exchanger heats fresh air, further cooling and cleaning the flue gas. A final dust and precious metal oxide removal is performed before the clean gas is released through the chimney. Any liquid waste capable of burning is also efficiently processed.
