The innovative flue gas directional system constantly agitates waste for uniform heating, with a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and total organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter destruction. Furnace selection adheres to strict standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. After cooling, flue gas purification meticulously eliminates acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition. This proactive step ensures a safe environment for subsequent operations.
2) Prior to the potent burner igniting, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly transported via precisely engineered pipelines, leading to its accurate ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Expertly managed solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via our cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at an ideal 850ºC with precise oxygen control, ensuring unparalleled efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is smoothly conveyed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless processing and superior performance.
4) As the rotary kiln operates intensely, the resulting flue gas travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes enhanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a robust 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a calculated 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at around 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is adeptly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After leaving the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any remaining sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages are key in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, supported by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
